918Kiss logins in Malaysia are split: some accounts were opened with a username, some with a mobile number. Typing the phone number into the username box (or the other way around) looks like a forgotten password. It is usually the wrong field.
Try the field you used on day one before you burn a reset. Error list: login problems. Do not paste a test ID into a real account form.
Which value belongs in which box
| You registered with | Type this | Do not type |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile number | The same number, country code as shown on the form | A nickname you use in Telegram |
| Username | The username, exact spelling | Your phone number unless the form has a separate number field |
| Email, if the build offers it | The email | The password in the username box |
Country code mix-ups
Malaysian numbers are 1 followed by 8 to 10 digits after +60. If the form already has +60, type 12xxxxxxx without a second 60. A duplicated country code is a common 'user not found' on prepaid lines after a phone change.
- Open the official app from this site.
- Try the original username once, then the mobile number once. Stop after those two.
- If both fail, use forgot password on the official screen. Do not create a second account to 'test'.
Two accounts by accident
A username account and a later phone account are two balances. Support can sometimes merge them if the IC name matches; they will not if you already withdrew from both. Pick one and leave the other idle.
FAQ
The SMS OTP goes to an old SIM.
Ask official support to update the number. Do not post the OTP in chat while you wait.
Can I log in with Facebook?
Only if that button exists on the official app. A third-party 'Facebook login APK' is a clone.
Test ID still in the username box?
Clear it. Demo credentials on a real cashier is how deposits land on the wrong account.
Play only if you are 18 or over. Use money already set aside as entertainment, and stop when the session limit you wrote down is reached. If play stops being fun, use the cashier self-exclusion tools and BeGambleAware.
